Hi Derek,  Thank you for your kind words. I don't know how deep I'm going 
to wade though. <G>

I agree. Believe me, I would be shooting Canon I had to pay for it with my 
own money.

Pretty darn close is right. For my daytime/nighttime sports photography, 
the digital cameras have definitely surpassed film, even with only a 4 
megapixel sensor in the D2H.
