RE: [APML] New year? New images! ;-)

Marco, a set of quite stunning images, the north America neb is noteworthy
in that the mottling I see between the Pelican and NA neb is very evident,
only the best shots show this level of detail. Congratulations on such fine
work!

Happy new year to everybody... I took advantage from this holiday to process
some shots I did last September from La Palma. so I have just uploaded NINE
new pictures to my page.
Direct link is:
http://www.astrosurf.com/lorenzi/images/newshot.htm
These shots are:
1) Witch Head Area, with a 300mm telephoto lens.
2) Orion's Belt and Sword, a completely redone shot using the Pentax SDHF75
with its reducer (360mm final FL). Unfortunately most of the images taken
with this set-up suffered from a little tracking problem, not really
annoying at web resolution.
3) Wild Duck M11
4) Horsehead IC434 again a completely reworked one (I removed the former
one)
5) M45 Area, a tentative to shot IC353, not very successful (this nebula is
unbelievable faint!!)
6) Heart and Soul, a classical, again with the SDHF75 reduced, again some
little tracking problems
7) Flaming Star IC405 area
8) Orion's Head SH2-264 (using the usual diffusion filer technique)
9) Dawn at ORM, showing Jupiter and Mercury rising behind the ORM telescopes
rim.

Comments are as always welcome!
Marco
