I should have pointed out (sorry) that this is largely aimed at shooting
through camera lenses up to 200mm focal length but the scope of subject
matter and the explanations are great! (Robert Reeves - no mentions of
Schmidt cameras though!). He shoots with Nikon equipment but appears to have
no overt bias about that choice.
