Yes, it has been a superb performer for me for almost 3 years now. I
primarily use it at f/10 on my 12" LX200. With that setup, I have been
able to expose for up to about 5 hours while STILL soaking up photons.
It's true, I've checked the negatives. All the shots I've uploaded
here: http://www.pbase.com/avoetsch/astrophotography
stretching back a couple years were shot on Supra 400. Don't worry
about my lousy processing skills, I'm still working on that.
I am also using Supra with my TV-85 although I don't shoot as much
through that. The badly processed M31 and M8 & M20 (together) were shot
with Supra. The area that I've pretty much ignored lately is piggyback
so I don't have much of that with Supra. I'm in the process of doing
more of that now.
Hope I've been helpful,
Alan
