Re: [APML] Taurus Tracker vignetting, advice needed
Hi Frank,
There is not a lot you can do if you want to use a reducer. I also have
a f/6.3 reducer (Celestron) that I just started using again. Man, that
vignetting is UGLY. I use the Taurus TIII, and I have used their FR in
the past, and if I remember correctly, there was quite a bit of
vignetting. It's been a couple of years since I've used it, but I will
be trying it again to see how it compares to the 6.3 reducers. I don't
think there will be a lot of difference between the two. I think we
need to work on anti-vignetting techniques in PS.
Actually, I think the Taurus reducer is a 6.5.
