[APML] Registar (was Kudos to Brian Lula)

You mention that you had trouble with Registar until you figured out how to
use it.  I'm just trying to learn it and having a difficult time getting
faint stars aligned between the various RGB frames.  What issues did you
have and how did you finally resolve them?
