This picture is just a Nth.polar region star trail shot of a few minutes, lightly stretched horizontally. As for the background color, either severe light pollution or a composite of two pics: star trails + heads sitting at a desk? Either way, its a @#$%$#@ con! Should get the Wankers award of the Year!
