[APML] An old friend

After shooting IC410, I still had just under two hours of dark before
moonrise. Not wanting to waste a great sky, I collected some photons from
the Horsehead Nebula. Its almost as photographed as M42 but still a beauty.
I don't think I could ever get tired of shooting this object. I would like
to have gotten at least one more neg for a stack but the moon wouldn't hear
of it.........bad moon!

I think this is the last image from January. There is a 15mm shot of the
winter Milky Way I'm trying to save but again, it was shot on the old PPF.

P.S. If anyone who has Grain Surgery would like to run the image through
the utility let me know and I'll email you a tiff file.
..........I haven't coughed up the $$$ for it yet........still deciding.
