Fred, They are 2 different animals that
basically do the same thing.
SilverFast works through PhotoShop as a plug-in. SilverFast doesn’t seem as easy to
use, but
appears to have as much control over the scan output as PolaColor does. You’ll just have to play with them

that came with the scanner. SilverFast Ai v5.0 was also packaged with the
scanner. Has anyone used either or both of these packages? Would
