Thanks particularly to Jon for all the great contacts, and to all those
commenting so far. I will soon be back at it. 'Jeers' to everyone who,
though wishing Jack Marling well, failed to notice that I called him
Schmidling in the letter! Perhaps this is an aggregate of Harvey Schmidlap
and Jack Martling/Marling, whoever they are, or the product of a diseased
mind.

I hope he is alive and well, but if not,  also hope he is not still flying
his plane around!
