[APML] Which Filmscanner should I buy?

Hello APML!

After upgrading to WIN2000-PRO I'm forced to buy a new scanner as my old Canon CanoScan FS2710's SCSI card doesn't like WIN2000.......! (If even tried another SCSI-card suggested to me by Canon without suces).

With my limited budget I have shortlisted 3 scanner which more or less fulfill my needs:

Canoscan FS4000 US               
Nikon Coolscan IV (ED)
Minolta Dimage scan Dual 2

If anyone has good/bad thing to say about these 3 scanners I would be most greatfull.
Especially the actual scan-quality is of interest for me.

I'm not concerned with how they connect (SCSI/USB/Firewise) to my computer as I (on my new computer) has plenty of space for cards and several USB connectors.
Also, I'm only doing 35mm. with no plans of upgrading to larger formats.
