Instructions for PulsGuide say:

"How to Order Eyepiece Adaptor: Specify 10 mm or 14 mm screw-in or set-screw. Send $7.95 plus $2.00 shipping and handling (CA residents add 8.25% tax) to: Rigel Systems, 26850 Basswood Ave., Rancho Palos Verdes, CA 90275"
