Jim,
Sounds like theres no bottom to these prices.  My $62 seemed cheap compared
to the 64mb chip I bought 3 years ago.  Hadn't been memory shopping since then.
I knew prices were way down, but..$35!  If I only had more available Dimm 
slots...
