Re: [APML] Mission Statement Change?
As a poster of CCD to Film comparisons, it appears that I have
touched a nerve with some of the APML members. My apologies.
There is a more fundamental reason for my postings of CCD images.
It is in the pursuit of the best possible astro art. I'm convinced that
the best astro artists are here on APML. If the most pleasing images
have a film like quality, then that is what I want to drive to in the
processing. If you strive for the best, you want feedback from the
best.
I believe APML is first about astro art. Maybe the canvas used is
less important.
