[APML] Posting delays-any explanation? (OT)

Hey all,

Since getting a cable modem hook-up installed on wed.,
I have noticed the following: messages I have posted
to APML have taken up to 5 hours to show up on my
computer, that is not a problem on other lists I
belong to, I'm seeing responses to original posts from
others BEFORE I get the original message. Actually,
the last part has been going on for some time.

Is anyone else having this problem, and/or, does
anyone have an explanation for it? I will be sending
this at 11:50 A.M. Pacific time and will be interested
in how long it takes to reach various areas of the
country.
