Hey Fred and all,

I'm sure the content of the list will change very
little. I believe that some knowledge of CCD
operation, equipment and processing techniques will
only help most of us in the long run. We shouldn't be
afraid of change or newer technologies. We should take
what we can from it and use it to our advantage. Steal
'em blind I say. :-)

We should all keep in mind also that many of the
perceived enemy got their start in film and most
likely have valuable experience to share with us. I
for one am all for that. The more varied the
experience of the people here, the better off we all
are.
