Re: [APML] Mission Statement Change?



At the expense of being derided I have to disagree with the consensus so
far.  I have not been able to contribute much to the list due to my
inexperience but have learned something from all the contributors.  I do not
know the total number of subscribers to the list but I wonder what
percentage of that number are actually engaged in CCD imaging.  I agree that
times are changing but there are many, like me, that cannot afford the
current generation of CCD cameras that are capable of producing the images
we see here.  My fear is that if the mission of this list is changed to
reflect that which is being put forward then I and others like me will loose
the education in film photography that this list was born to foster.
