It depends on the hypering and development processing.

If you look in the APML archives, you'll see Chuck Vaughn's assertion
that it behaves for him at ISO 800.

Marty Germano seems to reach sky glow at a dark site in 130 minutes at
f/5 unfiltered.
To me that sounds like ISO 200.  See:
