[APML] More Noise Reduction Fun

I don't know if this has been posted here before, but by Juan Conejero and 
Maribel Carracedo in Spain have a new noise reduction program that may be 
of interest to some here.

It's in beta, but it's free.

Their main page is at:

The program called Selective Gaussian Blur Noise Reduction
  (SGBNR) and it is at:

It's PC only. Sorry you Mac heads.

It looks pretty good.
