Ok, I probably should have worked out first THEN read my e-mail - I would
probably not have sent the message 8-)

I don't agree with many of your comments but I'll take them offline to
discuss. Except:

I have no doubt he is a nice guy, but precisely what abuse messages have you
been reading on this list?
