[APML] Grain Surgery Update

  A while ago everyone was raving about Grain Surgery.
I would like to apply it to high ISO Nikon D1x images
(digital SLR).

Any update on how you like Grain Surgery, as
it is $200 and there are other programs (Qimage and Bibble)
that also perform this function.
