Re: [APML] Olympus C-4040 & Digit-T astrophotography
Hi Dick,
An excellent source of information exchange is the Digital Astro group on
Yahoo. You may want to sign up. I have learned very much from this group. One
of the real cool things I just learned is that there are small portable LCD
monitors, 5-in diameter, available for the Sony Playstation One. They make
great portable monitors at the telescope for focusing using the TV output
from the digicam! I just got one from CompUSA. Another good tip is to focus
by using the digital zoom at its full setting, after focusing switch it off
and fire away. More hints on the list!
Anyway, you can find the group at:
http://groups.yahoo.com/group/digital_astro/
the Digital Astro FAQ is also located at:

Good luck, hope to see your messages on the list!
