necessarily the cheapest source has PCA for $199 US.

I see from your address that you may be outside the USA, but they would
probably ship anywhere.  I suppose that exchange rates will also have a
great deal to do with final cost.  If this link doesn't help, feel free to

VNC.

Cross platform, simple, free, and just works!  It should work fine with
a DOS shell in window mode.
