RE: [APML] (OT) Asteroid collides with M104? <g>



Dear Marco, Michael, and others who helped.

Thanks very much indeed - this did indeed turn out to be asteroid 2137 
Priscilla, as confirmed also by MPcheck (thanks for the link 
Michael).  Megastar showed Priscilla to be more than 1 degree away! - so 
obviously it is working on out of date coordinates.  Megastar is not so 
good for solar system objects, though it is very good for deep sky 
objects.  Marco, I noted your comments about GUIDE and I will look into 
this package.  I may keep the animated GIF on my website and update it with 
the asteroid information.
