Ehh... sorry, my fault. IC 4277 is way too faint and not at this position. 
Sorry! I have no idea what asteroid it may be though.

Actually, I observed a stationary satellite by accident once. Maybe that's a 
possibilty here? If it's an asteroid, it's far from the ecliptic!
