I've used a changing "Tent" for a number of years for loading my Schmidt 
Camera film holders with hypered Tech Pan and have never had detectable 
problem.
Of course, in an ideal world, the hypered film should never be exposed to any 
humidity, anywhere in the whole process, from beginning dessication to 
processing.
I use compressed nitrogen in the "Tent" to blow off dust and stuff and that 
probably helps keep the inside realatively dry.
