I know the remarks of one, and the manner in which they are posted, can be
disheartening.  I want to post a thank you for the links and let you know
that I am sure there are many lurkers that are thankful for your
contribution.  Hopefully, the lurkers will be encouraged to participate on
the list by seeing more supportive comments and criticism wrapped in helpful
suggestions.
