[APML] Off Axis Guiders For Refractors???

Dear List Subscribers:
Does anyone use Off Axis Guiders with refractors?
There have been several threads concerning off-axis guiders with reflectors 
(SCT's, Newtonian's) and threads dealing with separate guidescopes, but I 
can't remember any concerning their use with refractors.
Are the usual commerically available OAG's (Celestron, Lumicon, Meade?) 
applicable to refractors? Any special problems encountered (available back 
focus)?
How about OAG's and AstroPhysics refractors with and without 
field-flatteners??
