This gets me back to my thoughts of the other day. If the gas doesn't pass
freely from side to side, then we're only doing half the job.
Moisture is what we are trying to beat and if we introduce from the
front then the already exposed film in the take-up spool is subject to
moisture; plus the un-exposed film in the cassette. The same is true
if only introducing from the back, the emulsion side at the film box is
exposed to moisture. Any thoughts?
