[APML]: Accurate, computer controlled azimuth rotator???

I have a need for an accurate (+/- 1 degree for my application) azimuth
rotator that can support moderate weights (up to 25 pounds, or so) that can
be controlled by an RS-232 port.  I need to be able to command it to move
in 1 or 2 degree increments.  Does anyone know of a reasonably priced
source of such an animal? (Reasonable = <$600.
