[APML]: Density reading question

Hi all, Does any one know how to get a D reading from RGB density 
readings?? to my (untrained) eye the G800 looks OK but the TP looks 
over hypered. 

G800 unhypered          Hypered
Red             .83                     .90
Green   .41                     .52
Blue            .21                     .32

Tech pan hypered
Red             .36
Green   .41
Blue            .46
