[APML]: OT: ftp space accessibility

This is to anyone and everyone who is using 
ftp://ftp.wco.com/users/shareimg/astrophotos to store their photos.

My ISP bugged me about having the directory world readable and writeable.
Since, of course, it's more important on a regular basis to read that
directory than to write it, I have set the directory as world-readable.
Because of this, I'll need you to email images to me as attached files
or put them in ftp://ftp.wco.com/users/shareimg/incoming and email me
to tell me to move them over to astrophotos.
