[APML]: Opening Netscape mail image in Photoshop

I recently received an email from a friend that had an attached
JPEG image. He sent it to my Earthlink.net address. I was able to view
both the text and image from his email in Netscape mail. However, I do
not know how to import it to Adobe Photoshop so I can do some image
processing. I have a Pentium 90 computer and use Windows for Workgroups
3.11, Netscape Navigator 3.0 and Photoshop 3.0. None of my friends know
how to open the image in Photoshop when using the above software. If I
try a SAVE AS in Netscape, then it is saved as an htm file which
Photoshop does not read. I tried clicking on the image as one friend
recommended and this did not work. When the same email and image was
sent to my Compuserve email address I had no trouble as the text and
image were in separate files allowing me to import the JPEG to
Photoshop. Any suggestions on how to solve this problem with Netscape
mail-Photoshop image files?
