[APML]: Cleaning Deep Sky Filter

I hope everyone doesn't get this twice but I sent it yesterday and it
never posted :-(



I just got my Lumicon Deep Sky filter yesterday and after reading the
cleaning instruction I'm afraid to touch the thing!

Actually I was just wondering about a couple of things:

What manner of tool is used to remove the locking ring and where can I
get one?

I can't remember what kind of alcohol cleaning solution it called for
but where can I get some?

What the hell is "Spittle"?
