[APML]: M57 scanned with Nikon LS1000
I have just uploaded a newly scanned and enhanced shot of M57 taken with
the Steward Observatory's 61" f/13.5 Cassegrain on Mt. Lemmon. Check it
out at:

This picture has been on my webpage for months, but I have recently
scanned the negative with a Nikon LS1000 and enhanced it in Photoshop.
More detail is visible with this scan, and the color balance is much
less green than the old one.
Over time, I hope to replace all of my shots on my webpage with images
scanned with this scanner. It is a slow process as I don't have much
time to devote to it and it is not my scanner to work with as I please.
Any suggestions for getting more time to do astrophotography? Quiting
my job is one option I guess... :-)
Clear Skies,
