I have used the SRT 101 quite a bit and current have its cousin, an SRT 102
in my camera stable. As far as I know, there is no easy way to change the
focus screen. Surgury by a camera repair professional who is willing to
improvise is the only sollution. But the SRT 101 is a 35 year old design,
meaning parts availability is nill. It is probably more cost effective to
simply buy am OM-1 body which will accept interchangeable screens.

Yes this is true. I took my srt-101 to a pro and he said it would cost between
$125 and $250 to do the work with no guarantee it would work because there are
no parts available to fix anything that might go worng durring the
(operation).
