RE: [APML]: Film tests posted on website

Robert,

Great info!

I have been shooting unhypered Kodak PPF and P1600 over the past few
years. The results I've been getting have been amazing. I get
wonderfully detailed negs with exposures of 25-30min @ f/4 on PPF and 20
25min @ f/2.8 on P1600 processed at 800. The most amazing thing came
when a friend of mine, Dave Churchill, shot the Rho Ophiuchi region with
an f/4 lens, HYPERED 120 format PPF and 2-30 minute exposures. Both
negs were then stacked, enhanced and printed. I had also shot the same
region on the same night with the same f/stop, exposures, film, stacking
and enhancement. The only difference was that I shot UN-HYPERED PPF.
We compared prints and there was no difference in the amount of
nebulosity between the hypered and un-hypered photos.

Chris
