Well, the power consumption is at a rate of about 500 mA (12V), this
is the value for my Losmandy G11, at least. With a fully charged car
battery you can run for a looooong time (assuming that you use the
battery just for the stepper motors, not for dew zapper, or CCD
cameras, or some stuff like this) :-)

The electronic box should be protected from polarity inversion.

Compliments for the new mount!!! Now, you need just a little accessory
for the GM8, not so expensive, but very very useful: a clear sky!!!
