[APML]: 37 films tested

I finished scanning the slide film tests this past weekend and am now
writing up all the results. The full evaluation of all 37 films will be
posted soon.

But like in previous posts where I spoke of specific films I liked, I'll say
that in the Fuji and Kodak slide film area, I rated Ektachrome Elite II 100
as the best, then Ektachrome P1600, Provia 1600, then Sensia II 400.

A word of warning about two films....avoid Ektachrome 100 Plus and E100SW at
all costs. They are TOTALY insensitive at 660 nanometers. The advertising
litterature may speak of E1--SW as being a "warmer" or "redder" film, but it
totally fails at the astronomical red wavelength.
