RE: [APML] New Widefield of Orion

Stuart, a stunning image, I can see with so many stars why it was hard to
remove the gradient. Id like to try pix insight on this image, to try to
remove the gradient to compare its effectiveness. can you post a pre
gradient image to practice on?

Well, it has been a LONG while since I posted a film image. Here is one I've
always wanted but have
struggled to overcome light pollution to get. A special thanks to Serge
Theberge who removed an
awful gradient that was beyond my skills.

Details: Supra400 in my Nikon F2 with 50mm f1.4 lens at 2.8. 20 minutes
guided the old fashioned
way with a 12mm reticle and my Vixen 102mm f/9.8 achromat on SuperPolaris
mount.
