Alan;

     You might be able to use the Clone tool, just make sure the pickup 
location doesn't get into a fingerpring or you'll get not where. It's a try 
if you can't clean the neg.

     It simply amazes me how long you expose without burning the center of 
the frame.  With my AP 6" f:7 I can hardly go beyond 60mins without burning 
the center of ISO 200 film even with a LPFilter.  You must have some really 
dark skies.  You probably posted this before but what f: is your OTA?...joe
