Hi Alan,
It looks like a nice image from here. As your PS skills improve you'll be
able to make that a super image. I'll agree that the background has a blue
tint to it, specifically just outside the nebula and on the fringes of the
nebula. Overall, it is a nice image, keep it up.

Hey all,

Found the time to scan 4 negatives this morning. The Rosette is first and is
a single 3 hour shot through the FS-102 taken on Feb 10th.
Scanned at 4000dpi, levels, curves, USM, etc... in PS7. Guided off axis by
an ST-4 in a Taurus Tracker OAG. 

I see that the BG is a little blue. Processing during the day is difficult
because of glare. I think I need to pin a blanket over the window again.
