RE: [APML] Astronomical Databases

Another good site is the Cartes du Ciel webpage. It's a free downloadable star chart, and has many star catalogues included or that you can also download. Lots of stuff in there. More DSOs than you can shake a stick at.

Google a search for Cartes du Ciel and it'll come up pretty quickly.

Subject: [APML] Astronomical Databases

Hi all,
Aside from using google I'm looking for easy to access (no fee)
web based astronomical databases to get information about
deep sky objects. Any help would be appreciated.
