Re: [APML] Provia F 400

Imo, there are only two slide films worthy of spending any time with...
(and I'm not sure there are _any_ worthy negative films.)

Kodak E200 and Fuji Provia 400F.

There's a site that measures red sensitivity, and
reciprocity failure, etc, and these are (afaict) the only two films that
are available today that rank ok on those tests. (sorry, I dont have
the site handy -- am I lame or what)...But its in the archives.

In my limited experience, I've found provia 400F to be (as expected)
a bit grainier than E200... and a bit more Blue/Green than E200.

I used it for the NEAT comet last year.

I sorta prefer E200. (Especially in 6x7 120 format... and w/ the Tak FSQ106.. great results.)

But... Provia 400F, like I said, is also a worthy film.

Does anyone have any experience with Fuji Provia F 400 as an astro film?
