I have a couple of 1 hour images of M51 that were taken with the Lumicon
Filter (e200) and there is a distinct purple cast to it. Very annoying
actually. Shorter exposures of Ha regions don't exhibit this behavior
probably because the narrow band emission as opposed to the broadband
emission for galaxies.

Concensus on this list was that the Hutech filter is a better choice.
