RE: [APML] Orion Re-edited(sky transparency and darkness)



Hi Jerry, sorry for the late reply..

That was a great and informative read!
I remember going to northern Wisconsin near Iron
Mountain Michigan and renting a cabin, I experianced
the most incredible skies I had ever seen.
The transparency that night was incredibly good and it
gave a great sense of depth to the galaxy.
M31 was seen at the horizon as well as numerous other
objects that stood out.
It seemed to never really get dark due to the
starlight being so bright..I also might have been
witnessing the zodiacal light because it always
appeared dawn was right around the corner which never
arrived.

If anyone hasnt been to a dark sky site here..GO!
Its too awesome to pass up.
