Re: [APML] Orion Re-edited



Hi Stuart,

The cats name evolves through time...I cannot pick a
name for him except "sc", (sock cat).
Other names consist of "what are you doing", "hey you
get out of there", smeggin cat" "smegger", "bonehead",
freak", and numerous others.
I thought about naming him "Oreo", but how many tuxedo
cats have that name.

I agree the Orion shot looks grainy, but thats due to
overprocessing the selective colours ...mostly the red
nebula. I posted a somewhat toned down version of it
at the same url.
I guess I was trying to get the most out of what
nebula was there which wasnt much due to the light
pollution during these shots back in Wisconsin.
Fortunatley Cherry springs is about 2 1/2-3 hours
away, so now Ill be able to get to some fairly dark
skies come camping season.
I hope to actually see some of you there this year at
the star party.
