[APML] OT: M42 Blend

Hi all,
If anyone is interested I've made a blend of my recent 
STL11000 shot of M42 with my older mosaic of the region.
I've found that using "darken" and "lighten" modes of blending can
produce interesting results. It can have the effect of offsetting
flaws and noise in an image which may be limited to the
extremes of the histogram.
