Another option would be to put a cardboard box inside the changing bag. This
is nice when working in a hot environment. (anywhere outside of Canada I
suspect) It keeps the bag lining from sticking to your arms. I use a box
when working with Schmidt camera film chips. It keeps the lining out of the
way.

I'm with Kent on this one.  I have a changing tent that I would not do
without.  I can load my hypering tank or 4x5 holders or developing tanks
without waiting for dark.  Most convenient but a bit expensive.
