Jason, Those are really neat film images, your colors are very true to what
Ive got in the past, and yes I like the Pleiades shot as well.  Great
Effort!

Hello List,

I finally got a shot that I really like.  Not being very deep, it's probably
old hat to most of you folks, but if you knew my equipment and the
conditions it was shot under, you'd likely consider it a miracle.

I also had a pic of the Pleiades come out of this roll.  Even though the
framing is off, I like the diffraction pattern formed around the bright
stars by my SCT.  This shot was a miracle....windy with gusts up to 20 mph.
Seems like I was in a little pocket of (relatively) calm air, so I don't
think I got the worst of the wind that night.  I could hear it screaming
through the mountain pass ~1/4 mile away.  I stood in front of the scope
acting as a wind break while my fiance sat inside the car watching a DVD.
:)  Temperature was about 20F.
